I am an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with insurance companies. I suggest you contact your insurance company to determine what out-of-network provider benefits you have. I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill that you can use to file your claims yourself.

Good Faith Estimate: For those clients who are not insured, or who are not planning on submitting claims for reimbursement, I will provide you with an estimate, which will let you know how much you can expect to pay for your course of treatment. For clients who are insured and planning on submitting a claim for reimbursement, please let me know if you would like an estimate.
